How to Claim Rewards Points at Embrace
Our Rewards Program
Embrace has a Rewards Program to thank you for showing up, participating in our classes, and being part of the community. Earning and claiming rewards at Embrace is easy:
Earn points by attending classes, making purchases, reviewing our studio, or referring a friend.
Redeem your prizes through the WellnessLiving Client Portal or Achieve App.
Claim your reward at the studio

How to Check Your Rewards Points
You can view your points anytime through the Client Portal or the Achieve App.
Client Portal
Log in to your Embrace WellnessLiving account.
Click Rewards in the top menu.
Your total points appear under My Points.
Achieve App
Open the app and tap My Profile.
Select Rewards to see your current balance.
How You Earn Points at Embrace
Embrace rewards you on every dollar you spend at the studio, including class passes, membership payments, and purchasing merchandise. Earn bonus points by:
Attending Pole Conditioning classes
Leaving reviews
Sharing your experience on social media
Referring friends
Reaching attendance milestones
Earning bonus points on your birthday

How to Redeem Your Points for Prizes
Once you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them for rewards in two different ways:
Redeeming Products & Free Membership Months
For products or free classes, redeem your points in the Client Portal or in the Achieve App and claim your reward at the studio.
Go to Rewards.
Click Redeem Prizes or Redeem under My Points.
Browse the available rewards.
Select the one you want and click Redeem.
Confirm your choice.
After redeeming, your prize will appear in your account. Notify your instructor to claim your product at the studio. Email info@embracepoleart.com to have free membership months added to your account.
Redeeming Discounts
For discounts on classes or purchases, you can redeem your points at checkout in the Client Portal or the Achieve App.
Add the item or class pass to your cart
Apply your redeemed prize or select a prize to redeem on the spot
Complete Checkout and enjoy your reward!
