WellnessLiving — our class booking and scheduling platform. When you book a class, your information is stored in their system. Their privacy policy
Squarespace — hosts our website and processes contact form submissions. Their privacy policy
Nuvei— processes payments securely
WellnessLiving — manages our mailing list
Google Analytics — provides anonymized website usage statistics
Instagram/Meta — if our site displays our Instagram feed, Meta may collect standard embed data
These providers only receive the information they need to do their jobs, and each maintains their own privacy and security standards.
Photos & Social Media
Pole is a visual art, and we love celebrating our students — but never without permission. We only photograph or film students with consent, and we'll always ask before posting anyone to our social media. If you've previously consented and change your mind, just tell us and we'll remove the content.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information only as long as we need it — to manage your bookings and account, meet legal and tax requirements, or maintain waivers for liability purposes. When it's no longer needed, we delete it securely.
